Do your entertainers have valid Working With Children checks?

They can be provided on request.

Do you have Public Liability in case of accidents?

We have public liability through AON insurance for the amount of $30 Million. Please enquire before hand so that we can send out the proof of documentation if required.

What will your Entertainers do when they arrive?

Our Entertainers will arrive up to 10 to 15mins prior to the booking of the party and will give call you so as to make a discreet entrance so that the children do not catch on. Our Entertainers will most likely be travelling from a previous party so they will need to get change quickly before beginning the party.

Where exactly do you travel to entertain at parties/functions?

We operate throughout the Sydney area. Any suburbs past Hornsby, Penrith, Campbelltown will include an extra fee.

How much entertainment area do you require?

It is advised to have a suitably large area so that the children can run around and that the entertainers can conduct there entertainment program in a safe manner. But we are also able to modify our entertainment program to suit the area.

How many children for the party?

When it comes to our entertainment party packages, for 1 entertainer it is advised to have 10 to 20 children. If over that amount, a $50 fee will be added to the booking. Also if numbers exceed the 20 children, it is advised to get an extra entertainer.

Will you stop for breaks?

We take short breaks every 15-20 minutes to allow for the children to have a quick drink and bite to eat.

Do the children receive prizes/presents?

Yes our entertainers will give out prizes, stickers and balloon animals.

​

What age groups do you package for?

Our packages are suited for 1 to 12 years. But 1 year olds tend to not have the attention span and as such party entertainment is suited to 3yrs and up.

What happens if they are afraid of the entertainer?

This can happen sometimes, in most cases the entertainer will entertain the remaining kids that are still having fun so as to show the frighten child/children that there is nothing to be afraid of.

Is there a cancellation charge?

No refund of the deposit will be given for the booked party package. If for some reason we have to cancel the booking, then a full refund of the deposit is made to the customer.

​

Can we change the character after booking?

Yes, subject to availability as we tend to be booked up well in advance.
