By submitting your booking form to Super-Mascot Birthday Parties/Super-Hero Parties Australia you are agreeing to our 'Terms & Conditions'

A 'Wet Weather' plan is needed in case of rain on the date of your party. Have the backup plan of having the party at home or in a hall, restaurant etc... If party is to be cancelled, the NON-REFUNDBALE deposit will not be refunded. Parties can be re-schedule to another date provided that there is a suitable time/date is available.

Your  NON-REFUNDABLE deposit must be finalised at the time of sending through the booking form to avoid cancellation. If NON-REFUNDABLE deposit is not received in the 24HRS after booking form submitted then the party booking will be cancelled.

Deposits are NON-REFUNDABLE under any circumstance. If full payment had been previously paid the refund of the amount minus the NON-REFUNDABLE deposit will be paid back to customer.

By filling out this form you are confirming a booking with us- if you wish to cancel for any reason before making your deposit, please call our office ASAP so we can free your space.

If for some reason we are unable to fulfil party booking, a full refund of the deposit will be made to customer.

You must contact this office by email to confirm the date of any payment made.

Performers require free parking for their event and within close walking distance as they may have much to carry while in their costume.

Throughout all of our parties, entertainers will often take images that will be stored on our database to be used on the web page and promotional content. If you do not want photos taken by us please inform us at any time throughout the booking process.

Public Holiday Surcharge of 15% applies to all party packages.
