01Bookings and deposits

A deposit is required to secure your party date and time. Deposit amounts vary by package: $230–$330 for single performer packages and $360–$430 for two performer packages. Your booking is only confirmed once the deposit has been received.

The remaining balance is payable before your party. Deposits can be paid securely online via PayPal (including debit and credit card) or arranged with us directly by phone, text or email.

02Pricing

All advertised prices are for private parties only. For corporate events, business functions, fetes and childcare centres, please contact us for a tailored quote.

A 15% surcharge applies to all packages booked on public holidays.

Travel fees may apply depending on your location. We service Sydney, Bondi, Parramatta, Hurstville and Greater Sydney — please mention your suburb when enquiring and we will confirm any travel fee upfront.

03On the day of your party

Our entertainers arrive 15–20 minutes before the scheduled start time to prepare and get into costume. Please ensure a suitable, private area is available for the performer to change.

For safety and comfort, full mascot suits can only be worn for up to 20 minutes at a time. The mascot appearance is saved for the big finale — cake cutting and group photos — while the rest of the party is hosted by your entertainer in a standard costume or our colourful branded uniform.

A responsible adult must be present and supervising the children at all times during the party. Our entertainers provide activities and entertainment; they are not a substitute for parental supervision.

04Changes and cancellations

If you need to reschedule your party, contact us as early as possible and we will do our best to move your booking to a new date, subject to availability.

If we are unable to supply your chosen character due to circumstances beyond our control, we will offer an alternative character or entertainers of equal quality, or discuss other options with you.

05Extra characters and special requests

Additional mascot characters can be added to any party for an extra fee — please let us know before booking so we can confirm availability and pricing.

If there is a character you would love that is not listed on our website, get in touch and we will do our best to source it.

06Liability

While we take every care to provide a safe and fun experience, Super-Mascot Birthday Parties is not responsible for any injury, loss or damage arising from participation in party activities, except where required by law. Party hosts are responsible for the party environment, including adequate space for games and activities.
